Once you have agreed on a tour itinerary, we would send you the specific information about tour payment and bank accounts.
The Royal government of Bhutan sets minimum selling prices for packages to Bhutan and this must be paid in US dollars prior to arrival in Bhutan.
The minimum tariffs for tourist visiting in a group of 3 persons or more are as follows:
High season tariff- US$ 250 per person per night halt (January, February, march, April. May, June, September, October, November and December).
Low season tariff- US$ 200 per person per night halt (July and August).

The rates given above are applicable per tourist per night halt in Bhutan. On the day of departure the local agents host obligation shall be limited to breakfast only and any extra requirements shall be payable on the actual basis.
An individual tourist and smaller groups of less than three people shall be subject to surcharges, over and above the minimum daily rates applicable, as follows:
10% agency commission payable to agents abroad shall not be deductible from the surcharge.
The surcharges will not be applicable to the representatives of foreign travel agents on business study or promotional visit properly approved and cleared by TCB.
An advance payment should be made fully for entire tour packages must be send to Happiness Journey Bhutan at least one month prior to arrival.
It is advisable to remit payment for Druk Air flights 3 months in advance or at the time of booking. So this will help us to obtain confirm seats on the requested flights.
Payment should be done through wire transfers; we do not have credit card facility in Bhutan for the tour payments
